Founded in 2007, Shanghai DAO is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, manufacturing, and supply of emergency safety shower and eyewash equipment.
Headquartered in Shanghai with a modern production base in Nantong Tongzhou Bay Area, DAO operates a manufacturing facility of over 10,000 m² equipped with professional production and quality control systems. The company has a dedicated technical team, including senior engineers and product development specialists, supporting continuous innovation and reliable manufacturing.
With nearly 19 years of industry experience, DAO has become one of the earliest manufacturers of emergency shower and eyewash equipment in China. Our products are widely used in petroleum, chemical, energy, electronics, semiconductor, medical, metallurgy, mining, and research industries, serving customers across Europe, America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia, Africa, and China.
DAO products comply with international safety standard ANSI Z358.1 and Chinese national standard GB 38144-2025. The company also participated in the development of GB 38144-2025 and maintains certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 18001 management systems to ensure consistent quality, safety, and professional service for global customers.

Since we are based on Shanghai, a transport hub with the world’s busiest container port., we are provided with multiple global logistics solutions which not only cut down feight but shorten delivery time. We support air, sea and train transport.
Quality assurance
We strictly control the quality of products from production to delivery. We use quality materials and advanced machines such as laser cutters, automatic welders, and benders. Every product will be tested and careful checked before delivery. Our technology department never stops making effort in developing and improving products. Our engineers select different technologies and coating materials to ensure good performance for products.
Compliance
Evidence shows that the first 10 to 15 seconds after a chemical injury are often critical to minimizing body, face or eye damage. Therefore, it is definitely necessary to install reliable and compliant emergency equipment in dangerous workplaces. Since our foundation, we have been focused on designing safety protection equipment that have superior performance and meet ANSI Z 358.1-2014 and EN15154.1/2:2006 requirements. We have also achieved ABS and ASME certification.
