Optional Accessories
As a professional emergency shower and eyewash manufacuturer, we offer products that have wide application in workplace handling hazardous materials. Except emergency showers and eyewashes, we also produce spare parts and accessories for repair or replacement, including emergency shower head, scald protection valve, pump, eyewash saline and signs.
Flange
We use Shangdong Electric Power brand flanges to ensure compliance with material standards and thickness requirements. All models requiring flanged connections are supplied with matching companion flanges to simplify on-site installation.
Heavy-Duty Ball Valve
Equipped with Daikin PTFE sealing rings, offering excellent resistance to both high and low temperatures. This design provides significantly higher durability compared to standard thin-wall ball valves.
Scald Protection Valve
Customizable in copper, 304 stainless steel, or 316L stainless steel. When the temperature exceeds 38°C, the valve automatically releases pressure to prevent hot water from causing injury to the eyes or skin.
Pressure Reducing Valve
Adjusts excessively high incoming pressure to a stable and suitable preset pressure value.
Pressure Reducing Valve with filter
A pressure reducing valve integrated with a filter. It allows adjustment of inlet water pressure while simultaneously filtering impurities. This dual-function design saves installation space and reduces the risk of leakage.
Thermostatic Mixing Inlet Valve
Available in stainless steel version. For sites with both hot and cold water supply, this valve mixes incoming water to deliver a constant adjustable temperature.
Thermostatic Mixing Inlet Valve (Brass Version)
Brass construction thermostatic valve. Suitable for systems with both hot and cold water supply, providing stable and adjustable outlet temperature.
PT100 Precision Temperature Probe
A high-accuracy PT100 temperature sensor for real-time water temperature measurement, with an accuracy of 0.1°C.
Temperature Gauge
Provides real-time monitoring of water temperature in the pipeline system.
Safety Valve
Used in container-type eyewash units such as model BX-16, which rely on compressed air as the driving force for water discharge. The set pressure is 0.4 MPa. When the internal pressure exceeds 0.4 MPa due to any abnormal condition, the safety valve automatically opens to release pressure, ensuring safe operation and preventing potential harm to users.
Y-type Filter
A 100-mesh Y-type filter is used to remove sand, debris, and impurities from the water supply. It ensures clean outlet water and prevents blockage of valves and spray nozzles.
Check Valve
Prevents backflow of wastewater in the piping system.
