DAO recently completed the batch production of 50 sets of DAAOBX-16 Portable Self-Pressurized Emergency Shower & Eye/Face Wash Stations for overseas delivery.
This batch production provides a practical example of DAO’s manufacturing, testing and delivery capability for project-scale emergency safety equipment orders.
Self-Contained Emergency Flushing Solution
The DAAOBX-16 integrates water storage, pressurization, emergency shower and eye/face wash functions into one self-contained system.
Unlike conventional plumbed emergency showers that depend on a permanent water connection, the DAAOBX-16 carries its own flushing water supply. After filling and pressurization, the unit can be deployed in industrial locations where a permanent emergency water supply is unavailable or difficult to install.
Each unit is equipped with a 160 L stainless steel pressure tank with approximately 120 L effective water capacity, together with a pressure gauge, safety relief valve and external water-level indicator for routine inspection.
Batch Production & Quality Control
For a 50-unit order, maintaining consistent quality and performance across every unit is a key part of production control.
Throughout manufacturing and before delivery, DAO carries out inspection and functional verification covering key areas including:
- Tank and piping integrity
- Pressure and leakage testing
- Emergency shower operation
- Eye/face wash operation
- Flow performance
- Valve operation
- Pressure gauge and safety components
- Water-level indication
- Overall assembly and structural inspection
Following final inspection, the units are prepared and protected for international transportation.
