Description:
The DAAO6615 is a freeze-protected combination emergency shower and eye/face wash station designed for outdoor and cold-climate industrial applications where residual water inside piping may create a risk of freezing.
The floor-mounted unit integrates a high-flow emergency shower and eye/face wash in a single piped system, delivering ≥75.7 L/min shower flow and ≥11.4 L/min eye/face wash flow under the specified water-supply conditions.
Featuring an automatic emptying system, the DAAO6615 drains residual water from the internal piping after use, helping reduce the risk of pipe freezing during sub-zero conditions and minimizing stagnant water remaining inside the system.
Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, with AISI 316L available as an option, the unit can be configured with a non-slip foot pedal activation system for hands-free emergency operation. Project-specific materials, dimensions, coatings, and connection options are also available.
Applications
Chemical · Petrochemical · Oil & Gas · Pharmaceutical · Semiconductor · Manufacturing
01 — Automatic Emptying Freeze Protection
The integrated drainage mechanism automatically removes residual water from internal piping after use, helping protect the system from freezing in cold environments.
02 — Combination Emergency Flushing
Combines a high-flow emergency shower and eye/face wash in one floor-mounted station for immediate body, eye, and face flushing.
03 — Foot Pedal Hands-Free Activation
The large anti-slip foot pedal provides convenient hands-free operation, allowing users to activate the eyewash while keeping both hands available
04 — Stainless Steel Construction
AISI 304 stainless steel construction provides durability and corrosion resistance, with AISI 316L available for more demanding environments.
05 — High-Visibility Industrial Design
High-visibility markings and emergency identification signage help personnel quickly locate the station in outdoor and industrial environments.
Optional Engineering Configurations
Pressure Reducing Valve
Optional pressure reducing valve (PRV) regulates high or fluctuating inlet pressure to maintain a controlled downstream pressure suitable for emergency shower and eyewash operation.
Anti-Scald Protection Valve
Optional anti-scald valve provides protection where excessive supply-water temperature may occur, helping prevent potentially overheated water from reaching the emergency flushing equipment.
Piping Connections
Threaded, flanged, and project-specific connection configurations are available to match site piping and project requirements.
Alarm & Monitoring
Optional activation monitoring and alarm configurations include flow switch, local audible/visual alarm, dry-contact output, and DCS/PLC interface.
Hazardous-Area Configuration
Explosion-protected alarm, monitoring, and electrical components can be configured according to the project hazardous-area classification.

Capable of Self-standing and have 4 bolts for extra fix needed
Auto emptying the water in the pipe after use
Protect the pipe from freeze in the winter and prevent the potential water deterioration
Material Carbon steel + ABS coating.
