The DAAO6615EH-X is an explosion-proof electrically heated freeze-protected combination emergency shower and eye/face wash station with a stainless steel eyewash bowl lid, designed for hazardous-area industrial applications requiring reliable emergency flushing performance under cold climate conditions.
Based on the electrically heated freeze-protection platform, the unit integrates a high-flow emergency shower and eye/face wash in one floor-mounted system, providing ≥75.7 L/min shower flow and ≥11.4 L/min eye/face wash flow under the specified water-supply conditions.
The system incorporates an electric heating system, insulation structure, and temperature control device to protect water-containing components from freezing during low-temperature operation. Explosion-proof electrical components are configured for hazardous-area applications where additional ignition protection is required.
The stainless steel eyewash bowl lid helps protect the eyewash bowl and spray nozzles from dust, contaminants, and environmental exposure when not in use, while providing enhanced durability for demanding industrial environments. Project-specific electrical specifications, alarm systems, monitoring interfaces, and other configurations are available.
