Description:
The DAAO6625 is a freeze-protected emergency eye/face wash station featuring an automatic emptying system and foot pedal activation, designed for outdoor industrial applications where residual water inside piping may create a risk of freezing.
Designed for immediate eye and face flushing in hazardous environments, the DAAO6625 provides a compact emergency washing solution for locations where a full combination shower system is not required.
Featuring an auto-emptying drainage system, the unit automatically removes residual water from the internal piping after use, helping reduce the risk of pipe freezing during winter conditions and minimizing potential water deterioration caused by stagnant water.
Constructed from carbon steel with a durable ABS protective coating, the DAAO6625 provides enhanced environmental protection for outdoor applications. The non-slip foot pedal design enables stable hands-free operation, while the self-supporting structure with fixing bolts provides secure installation in industrial environments.
01 — Automatic Emptying Freeze Protection
The internal piping automatically drains residual water after use, helping protect the system from freezing and reducing stagnant water issues in cold environments.
02 — Dedicated Eye/Face Flushing
Provides immediate emergency flushing for personnel exposed to hazardous chemicals, corrosive substances, and industrial contaminants affecting the eyes and face.
03 — Foot Pedal Hands-Free Activation
The non-slip foot pedal allows quick and stable activation while keeping both hands available during emergency response.
04 — ABS Protective Coating
Carbon steel construction with ABS coating provides enhanced surface protection and durability for outdoor industrial applications.
05 — Compact Self-Supporting Design
The freestanding structure provides flexible installation, with fixing bolts available for additional anchoring when required.
Optional Engineering Configurations
Pressure Reducing Valve
Optional pressure reducing valve (PRV) regulates high or fluctuating inlet pressure to maintain a controlled downstream pressure suitable for emergency shower and eyewash operation.
Anti-Scald Protection Valve
Optional anti-scald valve provides protection where excessive supply-water temperature may occur, helping prevent potentially overheated water from reaching the emergency flushing equipment.
Piping Connections
Threaded, flanged, and project-specific connection configurations are available to match site piping and project requirements.
Alarm & Monitoring
Optional activation monitoring and alarm configurations include flow switch, local audible/visual alarm, dry-contact output, and DCS/PLC interface.
Hazardous-Area Configuration
Explosion-protected alarm, monitoring, and electrical components can be configured according to the project hazardous-area classification.

The system adopts a gravity-based automatic drainage design. After operation, the bottom drainage valve and automatic reset mechanism remove residual water from the internal piping, reducing the risk of freezing during sub-zero conditions. This freeze-protection method is suitable for outdoor installations in cold regions where temperatures may fall below freezing.
Capable of Self-standing and have 4 bolts for extra fix needed.
Auto emptying the water in the pipe after use.
Protect the pipe from freeze in the winter and prevent the potential water deterioration.
Material Carbon steel + ABS coating.
Non-slip design for the foot pedal.
