Description:
The DAAOBX-12 is a portable self-pressurized emergency eye/face wash station with an integrated wastewater collection system, designed for industrial locations where fixed water supply and drainage facilities are unavailable or difficult to access.
The unit uses a stainless steel pressurized water tank to provide an independent emergency flushing source without requiring connection to a permanent water system. After filling the tank with clean water and charging it with compressed air, the system can be quickly deployed to temporary workplaces, maintenance areas, and remote industrial sites.
Compared with standard portable eyewash units, the DAAOBX-12 features a larger 110 L water capacity and integrated wastewater collection tray, helping contain discharged flushing water and improving site cleanliness during emergency operation.
Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel with AISI 316L available as an option, the DAAOBX-12 provides excellent corrosion resistance and durability for chemical, petroleum, electronics, metallurgy, and other industrial applications.
01 — Independent Pressurized Water Supply
The self-pressurized stainless steel tank provides emergency flushing water without requiring a fixed water connection.
02 — Integrated Wastewater Collection
The built-in collection tray helps contain discharged water and supports controlled wastewater handling in locations without direct drainage access.
03 — Larger Water Capacity
The 110 L pressurized tank provides extended flushing availability for temporary and remote industrial applications.
04 — Stainless Steel Construction
AISI 304 stainless steel construction with optional AISI 316L provides corrosion resistance and durability in demanding environments.
05 — Mobile Deployment Design
The portable structure allows flexible relocation and rapid deployment wherever emergency eye/face flushing is required.
06 — Pressure Safety System
Equipped with pressure monitoring and safety protection components to ensure reliable and safe operation of the pressurized system.
Applications
Chemical,Mining & Remote Industrial Sites,Oil & Gas Facilities,Construction & Temporary Work Areas,Manufacturing & Maintenance Areas,Laboratories & Testing Facilities
Operating Procedure
Step 1 — Fill the Tank with Water
Fill the stainless steel tank with clean flushing water according to the marked water level indication to ensure proper operating capacity.
Step 2 — Pressurize the Tank
Charge the tank with compressed air until the internal pressure reaches the specified working pressure (approximately 0.3 MPa).
The built-in pressure gauge allows monitoring of tank pressure. A preset safety valve automatically releases excess pressure if the internal pressure exceeds the safety limit.
Step 3 — Deploy and Operate
Move the unit to the required working location. The system is ready for emergency use:
Push the eyewash activation plate for eye/face flushing.
Pull the shower handle for full-body flushing.
Step 4 — Refill and Recharge
When the water capacity is depleted, release the remaining air pressure, refill the tank with clean water, and recharge the system with compressed air for continued operation.
