Description:
The DAAOBX-16 is a portable self-pressurized emergency shower and eye/face wash station designed for industrial locations where a permanent water supply is unavailable or difficult to install.
Featuring a 160 L stainless steel pressurized tank with approximately 120 L effective water capacity, the unit provides an independent emergency flushing source without requiring connection to a fixed water system. After filling the tank with clean water and charging it with compressed air, the system is ready for immediate deployment to temporary workplaces, remote sites, and industrial areas.
The integrated design combines an emergency shower and eye/face wash in one mobile unit, providing ≥75.7 L/min shower flow and ≥11.4 L/min eye/face wash flow under specified operating conditions.
Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel with AISI 316L available as an option, the DAAOBX-16 provides excellent corrosion resistance and durability for demanding industrial environments. The built-in pressure gauge, safety valve, and water level indicator support safe operation, monitoring, and maintenance.

Optional:Safety Valve
The safety valve is installed on self-pressurized portable emergency shower systems such as the DAAOBX-16, where compressed air is used as the driving force for water discharge.
The valve is preset at 0.4 MPa. When the internal tank pressure exceeds the preset value due to abnormal conditions, the safety valve automatically opens to release excess pressure, helping ensure safe operation and protecting users from potential pressure-related risks.
Operating Procedure
Before operation, the tank is filled with approximately 120 L of clean flushing water, leaving the remaining tank volume for compressed air. The tank is then pressurized to the specified working pressure, allowing the compressed air to provide the driving force for emergency shower and eye/face wash operation.
Step 1 — Fill the Tank with Water
Fill the stainless steel tank with clean flushing water according to the marked water level indication to ensure proper operating capacity.
Step 2 — Pressurize the Tank
Charge the tank with compressed air until the internal pressure reaches the specified working pressure (approximately 0.3 MPa).
The built-in pressure gauge allows monitoring of tank pressure. A preset safety valve automatically releases excess pressure if the internal pressure exceeds the safety limit.
Step 3 — Deploy and Operate
Move the unit to the required working location. The system is ready for emergency use:
Push the eyewash activation plate for eye/face flushing.
Pull the shower handle for full-body flushing.
Step 4 — Refill and Recharge
When the water capacity is depleted, release the remaining air pressure, refill the tank with clean water, and recharge the system with compressed air for continued operation.
